Current User Support Options
Stop! This page is not for NoteSmith 2023 customers! You must already be a NoteSmith 2024 user, or just placed a 2024 order, to take advantage of these items. Renewing from any older version is not handled here. Please go back to the Order Portal page and find the "Renewal" or "New Customer" link.
Those who already ordered a 2024 model may:
- Upgrade to a more fully featured program within the same version year just by paying the difference in retail prices. No data entry is required. The Pro and Net versions can use the same database files you now have.
- Order a set of 4 web pages to view payment histories, display a static company page, and backup your data offsite and online. Reduce your incoming calls ("What's my balance?", "Did you get my check?", "Did it clear?") by letting payors check their accounts from any internet enabled computer. Also, an annual online backup can be ordered with or without the web pages.
- Order miscellaneous items, such as a printed manual, replacement installation media, or an additional activation.
Make your payment below using any major credit card, which will be processed on a secure connection by PayPal, the leading processor of payments on the internet. To pay by check, download NSInvoice.pdf. Charges on this page are not refundable.
