NoteSmith technical support is available to all current year licensees from this page.
This includes items asked frequently during the last few weeks, items that users may encounter at some point, and resolved issues that are too isolated or hardware specific to address in the help system.
When your answer is not already documented using any of the FAQ resources, current customers may contact the technical support staff.
To protect your investment in NoteSmith, and so you can be sure that since you paid for the use of your program others are not using it for free, you need to activate your installation.
Current customers who have their unique media key can download replacement media, updated program files, and various support files.
